Shoutbox work: shouts now have absolute URLs. Shouts can now be flagged as abuse. Minor tweak to breadcrumbs css. Added flag date to comments admin.

Changed the shoutbox: posts are now made by Ajax. The smiley farm is loaded only on demand. jQuery is now in the base template. May add scrolling later.

Update jquery-ui and theme version that is hosted on google. In preparation for having jquery on every page (?), make it so that the autocomplete plug is using the 'global' jquery, and not the one that came with it. It seems to work okay with jquery 1.3.2.
