Refactor the logic in the rate limiter decorator. Check to see if the request was ajax, as the ajax view always returns 200. Have to decode the JSON response to see if an error occurred or not.

16 What is IRC? IRC stands for <em>Internet Relay Chat</em>. IRC has been around since the late 1980's, and is a form of real-time Internet text messaging, or chatting.
